Golap Group of institutions is a premier educational Institute emparing quality education in the sector of Nursing, Management, Information Technology and Allied Science. The organization established in the year of 2014 under Bhagaban Technical Educational Trust. The organization has been achived a lot of awards of honours , under the guidance of our honorable Chairman Mr. S.N Sahoo.  

INFRASTRUCTURE

College has its building at Kapilprasad, Bhubaneswar Orissa. It is located in post area with eco-friendly surroundings,100% ragging free and highly disciplined environment with zero loss of working days.24 hours open lab and library. Management by Educationalists . Regular faculty and with guest faculty by retired professors from University and industry personnel students and faculty ratio is good for better result. The college has a peaceful environment conductive to excellent education and learning process.

LIBRARY

The Institute maintains a well-stocked library with collection of books almost touching 2500
numbers. Many journals and periodicals are also subscribed. The library is kept open form
10.00am to 7.00pm.

HOSTEL

The Institution offers logging and boarding facilities to the students with separate hostel for boys and girls are also provided. Boarder will have to pay the hostel rent or Rs. 1000/-, the fooding fee of 1800/- on or before 10th of each month late fees of Rs. 100/- shall be charged in paid after 10th every month. Defaulters shall be asked to vacate the hostel and he/she shall forfeit the caution deposit in the worst case.

Students in Hostel.

1. A students who joined the hostel is compulsory to stay up to completion of the course.

2. The day to day affairs of the hostel will be managed by the hostel superintendent.

3. The border has to pay 2 months hostel fees in advance at the time of admission Rs. 6000/-

4. The borders must stay in hostel for completion of the course. If anybody vacates the hostel before time, no money will be refunded.

5. Guests or outsiders are strictly prohibited for entering to the hostels without prior permission of the warden-in-charge.

6. The institute shall not be responsible for any personal theft or robbery of any boarder inside the hostel.

7. Disciplinary action will be taken for the violation of rules and misconduct by hostel inmates and in all matters of discipline the decision of the management shall be final & legally binding. A student may be expelled from the hostel on any following grounds generally theft, raging, use of drugs indiscipline, violation of rules, nonpayment of fees and causing damages etc.

8. Besides these, above rules the inmates have to obey other rule which may be changed by the management of the institute from time to time.

9. If the students are doing any illegal activities or offence the college take legal jurisdiction at Bhubaneswar Court of Law.

10. During reading time students should not use any electronic equipment.
